What is Paddle Surf? 

Paddle Surf is an adventure sport that began in 1960 in Hawaii and consist on being stand up in a surf table and slide with an oar.

Nowadays this sport had become fashionable, lots of people practise it. Wherever beach you go, you can see one or twice people practising it, enjoying their time a lot.
It isn't esay to be stand up in the table, but with a lot of practise you can become an expert. We are sure.

If you want to know what will you feel if you practise this sport here in Spain, the best option is going to the south.

In the Port of  Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) you can practise it during one hour and a half taking advantage of the waves created because of the Straits of Gibraltar.

But be careful you can not practise it if you are less than 10 years old, it could be very dangerous.
