We are again here to tell you about the fussion of "La Vida es Bella" and Smart and co company.


“La vida es Bella” and “Smartbox” combine forces to mill the global economic crisis.
One month ago, the French multinational Smart & Co, which owns several companies’ gift experiences, has acquired “La vida es Bella” company from Spain.

“La vida es Bella” split with those who have been their Portuguese partners, A e bela life, and becomes part of the largest and strongest in the sector of worldwide experience.

The new company assure that they are pleased at the group to have a new member. Firmly, they believe that the acquisition of “La vida es Bella” above all strengthen the industry itself, as said the CEO of Smart & Co, Axel Bernia.

“La vida es Bella”, that in 2011 turnover of 30 million Euros, was launched in Spain in 2006 and, after two years of marketing a catalogue of more than a thousand experiences through websites, made ​​the leap to the big distribution Christmas 2008, when it launched its first 10 packs of experiences.

Good night friends and partners of Creating Experiences All Around.

Today we will talk one more time about "La vida es Bella", but this time with something different as we use to do.


As you know, Media Markt, one of the biggest retailer shops of electronics, films, music and above, offers us five times per year the authentic “día sdin IVA”. This consists in a discount of the 21 per cent, equivalent to the part of I.V.A we pay, in all the products they sell during one whole day.
Well, why we talk you about Media Markt and its fantastic day?

It is simple… According to our sources, “La Vida es Bella”, a product that is distributed by channels like FNAC, Decathlon or ....Media Markt…., sells all their packs with the same price wherever you can find it but the price you pay is not the price that the shops like FNAC or Media Markt pay.
You will think…it’s normal, all the companies have a lower price of everything they then will sell with a higher price…..

FALSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

“La vida es Bella” don’t sell to the retailer companies the packs and then they mark a price, “La Vida es Bella” sell simply the box and the cost of this box for the company is one cent and for the consumer the established price that “La Vida es Bella” say. When you are going to pay these packs you active the target that lets you use this product and the benefits that goes to the retailer company is just the five per cent of all the product price.

And now…..what happen if Media Markt makes a discount of the 21 per cent in these packs???????


We have two theories…

One…..Is a market strategy to attract more people and get more cash, ignoring the benefits they are getting.

Or…Media Markt is trying to trick us with his strategy market.

We don’t have to forget that I.V.A we have to pay they can to weap clean…..
